Your consent and approval to this privacy policy ("Policy") is deemed effective upon your first use of this Digital Material and Documents. PIF, at its sole discretion, may amend this Policy with immediate effect and your consent and approval to such amendments is deemed upon your continuous use of the Digital Material and Documents. We use, collect, store and you consent to such in relation to the following data:

  1. Personal data you voluntary submit to our Application, either on your own or on the behalf of an organization or other parties, through our various portals, links, and pages. By voluntarily submitting your personal information to the Application, you consent on its use, storage, and process by PIF for its intended purposes.
  2. Data we collect automatically through Google Analytics, which collects information on the date/time stamp of your visit, where you are browsing our Digital Material and Documents from, and your usage habits including clickstream to, through and from our Digital Material and Documents, the length of time you spend on particular pages, which links you click while on our Digital Material and Documents. Google Analytics collects information anonymously and reports Digital Material and Documents trends to us without identifying individual visitors.

Where the legal basis for us processing your personal data is that you have provided your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. You will not suffer any detriment for withdrawing your consent. If you withdraw your consent, this will not make processing which we undertook before you withdrew your consent unlawful.

Your personal data will not be used in a manner that contradicts with the purpose that it was collected for as stated in this Privacy Policy. Your personal data will not be kept for longer than is necessary to fulfill the specific purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, and to allow us to comply with our legal requirements. Any personally identifiable information will not be kept longer than required.

Disclaimer

  • Mobile Device Compatibility: The Co-Builder mobile application is designed to be compatible with certain operating systems and device specifications. PIF does not guarantee that the application will function correctly on all devices or operating systems. Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices meet the minimum requirements for the application.
  • Data Security: While PIF takes reasonable measures to protect the security of user data, the transmission of information over the internet or mobile networks is not completely secure. PIF does not guarantee the absolute security of user data during transmission, and users acknowledge and accept this risk.
  • Functionality and Updates: The functionality of the Co-Builder mobile application may change over time, and updates may be released periodically. PIF reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the application or any of its features without prior notice.
  • No Guarantee of Service Availability: PIF does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the application. Technical issues, maintenance, or other factors may temporarily disrupt the availability of the application.
  • User Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information they provide through the application. PIF is not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data submitted by users.
  • User Conduct: Users are expected to use the application responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of the terms of use may result in legal consequences.
  • Limitation of Liability: PIF, its employees, and officials shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Co-Builder mobile application, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
  • Changes to Privacy Policy and Disclaimer: PIF reserves the right to update or modify the privacy policy and disclaimer at any time. Users are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes.

Liability

Any reliance on the information provided on the Digital Material and Documents is strictly at the user's sole risk. PIF, its employees, and officials do not accept any liability in any event for any claims, injury, losses, or damages of any kind whatsoever resulting from using this Digital Material and Documents, its content, or any links, portals, or pages provided in the Website.

Any statements or content that mention or describe a third party does not and should not be construed to acknowledge or present the existence of any legal relationship, duties or obligations, between PIF and any third party. You are solely responsible for the information you submit or provide through our Digital Material and Documents. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

No Warranties

The Digital Material and Documents is provided “as is” and PIF makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to the Digital Material and Documents or the materials contained on this Digital Material and Documents. Additionally, nothing contained on this Digital Material and Documents shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent PIF from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Fraud Warning

Under no circumstance will PIF or its employees, engage in calls or emails or otherwise request individuals to disclose or share personal or financial information nor offer investment services or any other services to individuals or companies. Such activities should be assumed fraudulent, illegal or unlawful, and engaged in identity theft and should be reported to the competent authorities. PIF strongly cautions against any communication that impersonates its name, or its employees, for the purpose of requesting funds or remittances, or any other illegal or unauthorized purposes, and stresses the need to report any information crimes to the competent authorities.

Waiver

Any failure or delay by PIF to exercise or enforce any right or provision hereof shall in no way constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Virus Protection

You are required to run antivirus programs to test and scan the safety of the Digital Material’s, content, material, or downloaded files. While PIF takes possible effort to protect and test the contents of its Digital Material, PIF will not be liable nor responsible for any damages, loss, or interruptions to you, your devices or your data that may result from using this Digital Material or downloading its content.
